Our HVAC Installation Process

When it's time to install a new HVAC system, it can be a big decision. But knowing what you’re getting into before you start the work can be helpful. Tri-County Aire simplifies it into eight simple steps — starting with a home visit to learn what your requirements are and size the system correctly for your space. From there, it’s a straightforward pipeline from proposal to installation to ongoing maintenance.


  1. Comfort Coordinator/Consultant Coordinator receives a call from the customer and schedules a home visit.
  2. Comfort Consultant meets with the customer in their home to assess their needs.
  3. Load Calculation analysis is performed based on the property assessment.
  4. Comfort Consultant discusses options and prepares a proposal.
  5. The customer reviews and accepts the proposal.
  6. Parts are ordered/manufactured, and installation is scheduled.
  7. Following installation, the customer completes a satisfaction survey.
  8. If purchased, bi-annual or annual maintenance checks are performed.
